English has become a must for each and every one of us. It is a top priority for both, personal and professional success. Many people need to speak English fluently for a variety of reasons, such as: travelling, socializing, helping their children in their studies, enhancing their education, and coping with the tremendous spread of technology.

Many people score high in English on paper, but they fail when it comes to speaking with confidence. Despite attending several courses in English, they still fail to master the language. This is due to the traditional ineffective methods of approaching the English language.

It was this spark that prompted ILC, in collaboration with experts in bilingualism to design this unique and effective program to break the barriers with the English language and be able to master it. This program follows an unconventional approach in teaching the language.

What is the The English Tracks Program?

It is a new training concept that merges learning with daily activities for enough period of time to ensure the outcome of being truly bilingual.  The English Tracks Program is divided into 3 parts

  • English Track 1
  • English Track 2
  • English Track 3

After completing all three parts, our attendees will become both fully FLUENT and ACCURATE.  It is:

  • a creative and effective program to ensure bilingualism
  • a special and unique teaching approach to ensure the gain of self-confidence required to speak fluently
  • a program that breaks the fear with the English language and helps attendees overcome all the psychological problems related to it
  • the natural way to acquire the language, speaking first then grammar (the HOW then the WHY)
  • a very economical course. (No need to travel abroad to learn English or retake an English course anywhere).
  • a three-part program, where each part has a specific goal and a different technique that ensures FLUENCY and ACCURACY.

Why The English Tracks Program?

  • It breaks down the psychological barriers related to speaking English.
  • The improvement is sudden and not gradual
  • It is economic, as you do not need to travel abroad or to attend any other courses in English afterwards
  • It creates a small English speaking community and gives you the opportunity to participate freely in various discussions through daily life activities
  • It presents the colloquial and cultural expressions used in English-speaking countries.
  • It reduces the number of learners in the class (in part 3) so that activities are more effective and applicable.

How to implement the English Tracks Program? (Methodology)

The program is divided into three tracks, each one uses different strategies and techniques to achieve the objectives of each track.Each part of The English Tracks Program has a different approach and complements the other

English Track 1

A six month course (150 hours), divided into 4 parts. It focuses on breaking the ice with the language and building the learner’s self-confidence. Different effective teaching techniques are used in each part to reach the objective of each part.

This part spots the light on the speaking skill by using the effective techniques. Some of the proven techniques are:

  • Self-dictation
  • Mirror techniques
  • Role plays
  • Presentations
  • Role plays
  • Games
  • Creative drama
  • Debates and open discussions
  • Intercom activities
  • Creating real life ambience in class
  • Social media
  • Movies
  • Storytelling
  • Intercoms

This level focuses on the grammar:

  • Presenting new grammar rules on daily basis
  • Knowing the WHY after knowing the HOW in part 1
  • Having adequate time to practice each grammar rule
  • Following the deductive approach in teaching not the traditional inductive one
  • Integrating all skills together
  • Learners practice and use the English language confidently implementing correct grammar
  • In this part, trainees prepare and present a graduation project in front of the group. This project demonstrates the progress of each trainees.

English Track 2

An intermediate course of six months (150 hours). It complements part one. The focus in this track is on gaining fluency and mingling in English discussions of a higher level. This track is divided into 2 parts:

The same methodology of the conversation part in Track 1 is followed in Track 2, but of higher level topics and terminologies. In this part, attendees are guaranteed fluency FLUENCY.

  • Integrating all skills together ( Intermediate level)
  • Learners practice and use the English language confidently implementing correct grammar

Part 4 Project

Project

English Track 3:

This track is a 6 month advanced track (150 hours). It is designed for people who are confident, but want to master the English language. This track guarantees ACCURACY.

In this day and age, speaking English fluently is a necessity.  However, in      order to fully acquire the language, you should be fluent and also ACCURATE.  For this very reason, English Track 3 has been designed.

It is a continuation for Track 1 and 2. It aims to sort pit individual shortage in each student. Accordingly, we allow only few students in class to ensure a sufficient amount time and space for each attendee.

What is the English Track Part 3?

  • It is an effective and advanced three phase course that aims to make students not only FLUENT, but also ACCURATE.
  • It is a course, with a LIMITED NUMBER of students, which gives MAXIMUM attention to each student. The small number of attendees provides enough time to MASTER the English Language.

Why English Track 3?

  • Flexible syllabus to adapt to students’ needs and one that works on THEIR grammar problems
  • It is close to private tutoring or one to one training in the attention and time given to every trainee. The class is limited to 5 students sitting around a table, having enough time to express themselves in English without being restricted by time limit
  • It is to enhance the confidence gained in English Track 1 and English Track 2
  • It is the best environment to implement all 4 language skills gained in English Track 1 and 2
  • After working on the language related psychological problems in the previous tracks, it is time to work on the FLUENCY and ACCURACY of the trainees
  • It gives you the chance to master English speaking, and sound more like a NATIVE SPEAKER
  • Students are exposed to idioms, colloquial and cultural expressions used in English speaking countries
  • Due to the small number of students in class, outdoor activities will be more applicable and beneficial
  • It makes students confident and accurate with BUSINESS English too

In this phase the stress will be on:

  • Developing rich vocabulary
  • Enabling students to negotiate any matter in English, personal or professional
  • Tuning the grammar issues they have to be fully ACCURATE

In this part, attendees are exposed to most of the business life scenarios. This part will equip them with the needed terminologies and expressions to communicate confidently and effectively in business life, both verbally and through writing

In bilingualism, it is well known that if any acquired language is not practiced for more than 6 months, it will regress or in worst cases, fade. For that, ILC organized this club to give chance for our students to keep on practicing their English.

This phase is the Follow UP phase. It is divided into two parts:

  • LMS / Online Interactive Assignments (2 months): where the stress will be on practicing their writing
  • English Social Club: Weekly gatherings (one month): Instead of leaving the students suddenly with no follow up, we leave them gradually by providing a space and environment for students to keep on practicing their English.

In this part, attendees are exposed to most of the business life scenarios. This part will equip them with the needed terminologies and expressions to communicate confidently and effectively in business life, both verbally and through writing
